Orders
Distance Selling Rules Apply, you have the legal right to cancel any order within 7 Days. We will allow 10 from date of postage for any cancellation.
Dispatch
We will dispatch all orders in 1-2 working days. If goods are out of stock it may take up to 14 days to dispatch the order, we will advise by E-mail should this occur.
Colours and Patterns
As we hold a large stock of goods we will endeavour to send exactly the goods ordered. However we may have to send slightly different patterns or shades to complete your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with our selection, return the goods within 10 days from postage.
Returns
If you return any goods after 20 days from postage, we will accept your return but a 5% handling charge will apply. Should you wish to return any goods you must obtain proof of postage and retain it in a safe place. All returned goods must be returned unworn and in the original packaging and at your expense except if we have provided and alternative with which you are not entirely satisfied where postage will be refunded in full.
No goods will be excepted back after 28 days from postage.
In the case of goods requiring exchanging for a different size or colour, providing we have supplied the order as specified the cost of postage will be at your expense.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
Pricing
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling Including VAT at 15%
Credit Card
All credit card transactions are handled through Barclycards secure server. Clouds Clothing Ltd do not store any credit card information.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to deliver. Backordered items are not charged until they ready to be delivered. You may send your credit card information via phone
Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or an invoice can be sent.
No payment will be taken on any card payment until the goods are dispatched
Goods that are invoiced can be paid by cheque or bank transfer (bank details on request)
